To keep your hearing aid performing at its best, we recommend that you visit us every three months for a hearing aid cleaning. We can clean your hearing aid and perform a thorough inspection of the device to ensure that you’re able to hear well across all listening environments. If we discover that your device needs to be repaired, we will address the issue as quickly as possible. While we can perform most repairs in the office, some issues may require a factory repair. Our team will always keep you informed as to the status of your device. We always do our best to provide quick service, but if the repairs require more time or if we need to send the device to the factory, we will provide you with a loaner hearing aid in the interim so you are still able to hear your best.
